Caron specializes in power yoga and teaches at Highland Yoga, both in studio and online. She is also available for virtual private lessons for individuals, small groups, and businesses.

Her style is a mix of fast-paced, high energy and calming reassurance. She helps students connect to the present moment through their breath and invites them to truly experience each pose. She focuses on core work and building strength from within to encourage students to go deep and work through any challenges they face with love.
