Arm Balancing Workshop

Arm balances are a fun way to challenge your practice and get outside of your comfort zone, but the poses can often seem overwhelming or confusing on where to start. This workshop will help you overcome your fears by building a foundation for arm balancing and breaking down the fundamentals into easy steps. 

We'll begin with a 45-minute mindful vinyasa flow to open the body and bring awareness to finding a sense of ease in the practice. From there, we'll explore the basics of crow pose, eight-angle, firefly, and more, and tap into using a combination of core strength and trust to find your balance in the more advanced variations.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels, but some yoga experience is recommended.
