Join us for a Susan G. Komen Atlanta fundraising event in honor of breast cancer awareness month. A portion of all proceeds will go to fund local programs for breast cancer research.

For this event, Caron will lead an hour long power flow followed by a restorative sound bath of crystal bowls and various other instruments by Soundembrace's Danielle Hall. This soundscape helps to eliminate mind chatter, relaxing the mind to powerful theta and delta brainwave states that turn on the bodies natural immune system functions. The high vibrational sounds interact powerfully at the deepest cellular levels cleansing and rejuvenating mind, body and spirit. Through this experience, stress is released and tension is washed away, leaving us centered, energized, fully present and connected with the world around us.
